Know Your Audience
We recently produced a series of videos for IHI. A company located in metro Detroit that produces turbochargers. The objective was to target 50 engineers from the big three automakers and share the message that IHI service and support is located in their own backyard, Novi, MI.
We worked with the key leadership to make sure each video included language that would appeal to the engineers and buyers of turgochargers. Would they be funny to EVERYONE? No! And that’s okay! The goal was to appeal to engineers and our test group loved them.
