This summer, we traveled to Indiana to film a case study video for FANUC Robotics, featuring Latham Pools and KC Robotics. Latham Pools, the largest manufacturer of in-ground residential swimming pools in North America, Australia, and New Zealand, recently automated its pool panel assembly line. Facing labor shortages and rising costs, Latham introduced six FANUC robots at their Fort Wayne, Indiana, plant, installed by KC Robotics in early 2023. This new process has improved efficiency, reduced labor dependence, and helped the company stay profitable.
